The property’s facials will ensure a nice stay. With a health club that offers fitness classes, this Berlin hotel caters to guests' physical well-being.

“This grand hotel on Kurfürstendamm delivers an interesting mix; its wellness area with a pool and central location near shops are real advantages, though breakfast prices and room quality seem inconsistent. For those seeking an established Berlin stay with wellness options and event space, it could be worth a visit, despite the need for some updates.”

Review summary

Based on recent reviews

Hotel Bristol Berlin is known for its very convenient location near Kurfürstendamm, placing guests close to restaurants, shopping, and major Berlin attractions, including easy access to the subway. The spacious rooms often feature a separate living area, and include useful amenities such as a refrigerator and, in some renovated rooms, a Nespresso machine. The breakfast buffet receives high praise for its extensive selection, including options for gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets, as well as a late breakfast service until 10:30 AM; however, some guests have found that the Scirocco restaurant doesn't quite match the hotel's overall standards. Deluxe rooms are frequently mentioned as particularly amazing, offering great value.

attentive staff excellent location missing facilities rough towels

I found the staff very attentive to my needs. the location was excellent. It was steps from many luxury shops and good restaurants. i also noticed that the hotel offers all standard amenities including a basic gym.

the room lacked some standard facilities. there was no kettle, iron, or coffee machine in the room. i found this inconvenient plus, the towels in my room were quite small and rough. they reminded me of towels in a budget motel.

Wonderful Accommodation Experience

spacious room clean room nice pool convenient location

The room was spacious and very clean. A fridge was very useful. The pool was nice! I found it spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for accessing different cafes, bars, and restaurants. I found several great options nearby.

The staff tried hard. Though, at times, some aspects of the service seemed slightly inconsistent with what I'd expect from a hotel of this standard.

Location

The hotel offers close proximity to various shopping options. This makes it easy to find what you need. Public transport is easily accessible. This adds convenience for exploring other areas. The area around the hotel felt safe and cute.

Service

Staff members at the reception are polite. This is greatly appreciated. The breakfast service has a wide array of options. I found it quite comprehensive. The cleaning staff maintains the premises very well, and they ensure a super clean room.

the air conditioning was a major issue the room was too warm even with it supposedly running i reported it but nothing changed it affected my sleep and made the stay less comfortable the television was old and didn't offer any options for connecting my devices or accessing streaming services i found this quite limiting for a modern hotel
