attentive staff excellent location missing facilities rough towels

I found the staff very attentive to my needs. the location was excellent. It was steps from many luxury shops and good restaurants. i also noticed that the hotel offers all standard amenities including a basic gym.

the room lacked some standard facilities. there was no kettle, iron, or coffee machine in the room. i found this inconvenient plus, the towels in my room were quite small and rough. they reminded me of towels in a budget motel.

The room was spacious and very clean. A fridge was very useful. The pool was nice! I found it spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for accessing different cafes, bars, and restaurants. I found several great options nearby.

The staff tried hard. Though, at times, some aspects of the service seemed slightly inconsistent with what I'd expect from a hotel of this standard.

the breakfast was very good, with a large variety. the location of the hotel worked out really well. the staff were helpful and polite, so my stay was easy.

my room's air CONDITIONING did not work. a fan was put in the room after i complained. a deposit was debited from my account with an incorrect amount returned, SO i had to resolve this.

poor air conditioning outdated television

the air conditioning was a major issue the room was too warm even with it supposedly running i reported it but nothing changed it affected my sleep and made the stay less comfortable the television was old and didn't offer any options for connecting my devices or accessing streaming services i found this quite limiting for a modern hotel
